 8 Sausage
 1 Cooked chickpeas
 1 Tomato sauce
 1 Red bell pepper
 1 Green bell pepper
 4 Turnip
 3 Zucchini
 6 Carrot
 Cumin
 Ras el-hanout
 Coriander
 Cayenne pepper
 Olive oil
 1 Onion
 1 clove Garlic
 4 Chicken thigh
Directions

Peel the onion, cut into 4 pieces, put in the bowl of the food processor and blend for 10 seconds at speed 6.

Add the peeled garlic, olive oil, and set the sear mode for 2 min / Speed 1. Pour in the tomato sauce and sprinkle with spices.

Wash and peel the turnips, and slice the bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, and chickpeas, then place them in the steaming basket. Set the steam cooking for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, pour the semolina into a bowl and moisten with 250 ml of boiling water. Cover with a lid and let it swell for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

For the sausages and chicken thighs, cook over medium heat in a skillet for about 10-15 minutes.

To finish, adjust the seasoning before serving and sprinkle with coriander.
