 1 Semi-skimmed milk
 5 Egg

Preparation of the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and semi-skimmed milk, and mix.

Add the packet of coconut and the 5 egg yolks.

Incorporation of whipped egg whites Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the mixture.

Final mixture Blend the preparation in the blender on maximum power.

Preparation of the mold Pour the caramel into a loaf pan (just the bottom is enough) and pour in the mixture.
