Discover the recipe for Christmas Punch, to be made well in advance to bring out all the flavors of the fruit and the ingredients you will have used.

The base
 1 White rum at 55
 2 cloves Vanilla split in half (scrape the seeds and add them along with the pods to the rum)
You can make your punch with fresh fruits.
 4 Juice oranges cut into quarters with the skin on.
 1 Peeled and cubed melon.
 2 Peeled and chopped Victoria pineapple.
OR based on dried fruits
 100 Prune
 100 Apricot
 100 Fig
OR
 100 Dried grape
 100 Dried orange peel
 3 Coconut milk
 200 Cane sugar
Directions

Mix all the ingredients and let them marinate for 3 months. Drink as an aperitif or a digestif.

To finish, you are free to imagine other recipes: 1 kg of whole fresh raspberries, or 1 kg of fresh nuts and 200 g of cane sugar, or 1 kg of ripe pears and 200 g of cane sugar, or 10 kiwis and 200 g of cane sugar, or 3 ripe mangoes and 200 g of sugar, or 20 passion fruits and 200 g of cane sugar.

    Thank you for this idea. You don't say anything about the finalization. Do we remove the fruits after 3 months and put it in bottles? Or do you leave everything as is and serve it at the table? Some fruits can get a bit ugly, right?
