Chocolate truffles are a holiday classic. These truffles are made with chocolate and nut pieces, offering a delightful sweetness.

 100 Chocolate
 50 Butter
 30 Nut
 2 Milk
 1 egg yolk
 cocoa powder

Cut the butter into cubes. Cut the chocolate into pieces. Coarsely chop the nuts.

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with the milk and butter. Add the nuts and mix. Add the egg yolk while whisking vigorously. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the mixture harden.

When the dough has hardened, take it out of the fridge and make small balls with your hands. Roll them in cocoa powder.
