Preparation of the chocolate Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave and mix until smooth. Off the heat, add the honey and the egg.
Preparation of the filling. Crush the butter cookies (I place them in a zip-top freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin). Cut the marshmallows into small cubes. Add the crushed cookies and marshmallows to the chocolate mixture. Mix well.
Assembly: Take a piece of aluminum foil, place plastic wrap on top. Pour the chocolate mixture and roll it into the shape of a log. Seal both ends tightly. Close the aluminum foil.
Rest. Place in the refrigerator until the next day (if you are in a hurry, five hours in the fridge will suffice) to allow it to harden properly.
Serving Unwrap the chocolate sausage and roll it in powdered sugar. Cut into slices. Serve it as a joke (surrounded by pickles) or as a treat (for dessert, it can be accompanied by custard).
