Melt 200g of dark chocolate, 120g of butter, and 20g of neutral oil in a bain-marie.
In a bowl, mix the 5 eggs and the 100g of sugar until the mixture is well combined.
Mix the two devices together and blend well.
Add the flour gradually and mix.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and then bake for 8 minutes in individual molds that have been greased and floured beforehand.
