This chocolate fish cake recipe is presented by a brand.
In a bowl, mix the flour, almond powder, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the butter cut into pieces and the sugar, then add the eggs one by one, and whisk vigorously. Incorporate this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter is achieved.
Pour the mixture into a greased mold and then bake for 30 to 35 minutes in an oven at 180°C.
Once the cake is completely cooled, start decorating it: Cut a triangle out of the cake to make the fish's tail. Place the tail and the body of the fish on a large serving platter. Cover the cake with spread.
Cut the containers in half and cover three-quarters of the cake to represent the scales. Sprinkle between each row of scales with colorful sprinkles.
Place a sugar heart to create the eye. Arrange the mini candies evenly around the edge of the cake to represent the fish's face.
