Discover this recipe for chicken with bell peppers and paprika. A very simple, quick, and delicious recipe.
Preparation of the ingredients: Thinly slice the onion and finely chop the garlic after removing the germ. Wash and slice the peppers into 1 cm strips after removing the seeds, stems, and white membranes.
Cooking the chicken: Brown the chicken on all sides with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside. Instead, sauté the peppers in the remaining olive oil for 5 to 10 minutes.
Preparation of the sauce. Add the onion, garlic, paprika, and chicken, and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the cream and cook for 10 minutes until everything is well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with chopped flat parsley. Accompany with Chinese noodles, French fries, or rice.
