 12 Chicken drumstick
 6 Onion
 500 Button mushroom
 1 Chicken broth
 20 Fresh cream
 5 Fresh parsley
 30 Butter
 200 Hot water
 Salt and pepper

Preparation of the onions. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Melt the butter in a pot and add the onions to sauté until they become translucent. Remove them from the pot and place them in a bowl.

Preparation of the mushrooms Remove the stems from the mushrooms, rinse under cold running water, and then dry thoroughly. Slice the mushrooms and sauté them with onions in a pot. Once they are cooked, remove them and place them in another dish.

Cooking the drumsticks Heat the oil in the pot and add the chicken drumsticks to heat. Crumble the broth cube on top. Mix and add water. Season with salt and pepper and let cook for 20 minutes covered.

Adding the topping: Add the mushrooms, onions, and cream. Mix and let cook for another 15 minutes on low heat. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Serve immediately and accompany the dish with rice.
