 800 Chicken
 1 clove Chopped garlic
 3 Chopped ginger
 10 Soy sauce
 15 Coconut milk
 3 Honey
 6 Peanut butter
 1 Curry
 1 Cumin
 1 Turmeric
 1 Lemongrass
 Chopped peanut
Directions

Soak the skewers (if they are wooden) for 5 minutes. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients to make a sauce and add the chicken. Allow to marinate for at least 4 hours.

Skewer the pieces of chicken onto the skewers and place them on the oven rack. Cook the remaining sauce for 2 minutes in the microwave and blend if there are any pieces left. Add a little coconut milk if needed to achieve a saucy consistency.

Preheat the oven to 180°C, if possible using a combination of heat and grill. Cook for 5 minutes, turn the skewers, and cook for another 3 minutes.

Serve the skewers with the sauce and peanuts.

    Hello! I live in Indonesia and am married here... classic recipe here...! Good quantities; no need for coconut milk to thin it out because it's 30-32 degrees here! The Indonesian for "chicken skewers with peanut sauce": Satay Ayam with peanut sauce! You can find them at every corner... A tip: don't put too much sauce... like in France or Europe; let them drain before cooking. Enjoy your meal!

    Successful dish! Very good dish! I added a bit more coconut milk to make it more liquid and less soy sauce (considering the previous comments). I couldn't find powdered lemongrass and didn't dare to use fresh, so I didn't add any, but it was still very good. Next time, I will add a bit of lime.

    very good can cure hunger in the world. one serving filled me up for the whole day. My suggestion: to make again with a little less peanut butter.

    very good! exotic and delicious dish! My suggestion: personally, I halved the quantities and there were three of us. I didn't add the ginger and lemongrass (which I couldn't find) and the dish was still very good! I think I would use one less tablespoon of peanut butter next time because I "wasted" quite a bit of sauce.

    EXCELLENT Very good recipe made for a housewarming, there wasn't enough of it, however, I used less ginger otherwise "it's too spicy" for mouths like ours.
