Ingredients
 ½ Chicken cleaned and cut into pieces.
 100 Vegetable oil or peanut oil
 2 Crushed fresh tomatoes
 1 Tomato concentrate
 2 Chopped onions
 1 Sliced green onions
 2 cloves Garlic
 pepper (optional)
 Black pepper
 1 dash Water (hot water recommended)
 Vegetables of your choice, such as potatoes, carrots, or pumpkin.

Season the chicken with a chicken bouillon cube, black pepper, and salt. Heat vegetable oil in a pot and fry the chicken until browned. Remove and set aside. In the pot, add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, garlic, and black pepper.

Sauté for 10 minutes. Add the water and peanut butter. Let simmer for 20 minutes.

Turn the fried chicken in the sauce and add the seasoning cube, the chili, and the vegetables if you like. Let it cook for another 20 minutes.

To finish the soup, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve the peanut sauce with white rice.
