Cut the chicken fillets into strips and sauté them in a little fat.
Once they are nicely browned, set them aside. Put the pan back on the heat and pour in some lemon juice (to your liking). Let it brown and evaporate a little.
Add cream, again according to your taste. Mix and let it heat until the cream thickens. Adjust the seasoning if necessary (salt, pepper, lemon).
To finish, return the chicken to the pan and let it simmer for a short while (about 2 minutes).
