Chicken Burger Recipe with Potato Rosettes

AuthorCategoryDifficultyBeginner

A simple dish made with good products that was very well received. A food processor would have made the task easier in preparing this dish, especially for making the chicken steak and slicing the potatoes.

Yields4 Servings
Prep Time45 minsCook Time25 minsTotal Time1 hr 10 mins
Ingredients
 500 Chicken fillet
 60 Mont Cheese
 1 Onions
 1 Closed flesh potatoes
 20 Unsalted butter
 2 pinches Salt and pepper
 10 Nut
Directions
1

Begin by roughly chopping the chicken fillets, seasoning with salt and pepper. Also roughly chop the cheese. Mix everything together. Form 4 chicken patties using a round mold or make 4 identical balls and use a tablespoon to flatten each ball to shape 4 patties.

2

In a pan, cook the steaks over medium heat. Meanwhile, using a mandoline or a food processor, if you have one.... slice your potatoes, on a baking sheet, place a sheet of parchment paper, then arrange your potato slices in a rosette pattern.

3

Brush the round shapes with a brush dipped in melted butter, and place your tray with the round shapes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Once the round shapes and the chicken steak are cooked, assemble your burgers: one round shape, a chicken steak, and a slice of cheese of your choice, and finally top with another round shape.

4

To finish, serve with a green salad, with or without the same cheese used in the burger and nuts. Enjoy your meal!
