A recipe for a sweet and savory banana burger that changes things up!

Ingredients
 3 bananas
 4 chicken breasts
 1 shallot
 2 garlic cloves
 1 Lime
 15 cilantro leaves
 150 Greek yogurt
 2 powdered curry
 1 drizzle of olive oil
 1 Balsamic vinegar
 1 butter nuts
 4 spinach sprouts
 ¼ red cabbage
 salt
 freshly ground pepper

To make the chicken pieces: Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and place them in the blender bowl. Add the shallot and the clove of garlic, previously peeled, as well as the curry and coriander. Blend for a few seconds. Form 4 pieces and cook them in a pan with olive oil for 15 minutes.

To make the sauce: Squeeze the lime and collect its juice. Mix the yogurt with the curry, salt, pepper, half a banana, and the lime juice. Mash everything until you get a smooth sauce.

To finish, to make the burger: Peel and slice the remaining banana into rounds, then sauté them in butter for 5 minutes. Finely chop the red cabbage and dress it with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Cut the buns in half and spread some sauce on the bottom half. Add a few spinach leaves and the chicken pieces. Top with the red cabbage slaw and a little more sauce. Sprinkle with a few sprouts and roasted banana. Serve with spinach leaves lightly dressed with olive oil and slices of roasted banana.
