Chia and Yogurt Layered Dessert Recipe

A healthy recipe for dessert cups made with chia, figs, prunes, and yogurt.

Ingredients
 1 Fig Yogurt
 1 Prune Yogurt
 400 Plant-based milk
 2 Honey
 Prunes
 Fresh figs
 Pecan nuts

Pour 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into each of the jars.

Add 200ml of milk to each of them and mix using a spoon to combine. Place in the refrigerator and let set for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.

Once the chia pudding has set well, pour some yogurt on top.

To finish, add pieces of fruit, some pecan pieces, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
