Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a very smooth dough. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the melted butter and chestnut jam.
Then add the cornstarch, eggs, and flour. The mixture obtained is a bit liquid.
Place small mounds of plain dough in the cups, then fill to 2/3 of the height with the chestnut dough.
Using a knife, gently mix the two doughs to create fine swirls.
To finish, bake at 180 °C for about 35 minutes.
