A seasonal dessert for all generations. Cherry clafoutis has always been a hit on the family table.
In the mixing bowl, put the eggs and sugars and mix.
Add the flour, salt, then pour in the milk gradually. Mix well to obtain a smooth batter, then add the butter.
Place the cherries at the bottom of the mold (buttered if not using silicone), then add the batter on top.
To finish, bake for 10 minutes at 210°C and then for 25 minutes at 180°C.
