 200 Flour
 4 Egg
 150 Sugar
 50 Milk
 5 Butter
 1 pinch Salt

Start by preheating your oven to 180°C, then generously butter the pan.

Preparation of the cherries Prepare the cherries by pitting them, washing, and then drying.

Preparation of the mixture In a mixing bowl, pour in the eggs and mix. Then add the sugar, part of the flour, and the salt.

Pour the milk and the remaining flour and flavor with cherry brandy before mixing one last time.

Cooking: Place the cherries in the mold. Pour the mixture over them and bake for 45 minutes (check the baking from time to time; the batter should be cooked over the entire surface of the cake).
