In plastic wrap, shape a cone with the cheese. Place it in the refrigerator or freezer to harden slightly.
Chop some parsley and seed a small piece of pomegranate.
Unmold your cheese cone, roll it in the chopped parsley, pressing lightly to make the greenery stick.
Decorate your tree with pomegranate seeds and a bell pepper star.
