Peel and cut the carrots. In the bowl of the food processor, add the carrots and then blend for 20 seconds at speed 5.
Attach the whisk to the bowl and pour in the water and oil. Season with salt and pepper, then set the timer for 10 minutes at 100°C on speed 2.
To finish, add the cream and program for 1 minute at 50°C on speed 4, then blend for 10 seconds on speed 8.
