 450 Pork neck
 1 Onion
 1 Grated carrot
 1 Ginger root
 8 Sugar
 4 Soy sauce
 4 Balsamic vinegar
 1 Four spices
 Olive oil
 Pineapple (optional)

Sauté the meat cut into small cubes and the onion in olive oil. Once everything is browned, add the broth made with the cube and boiling water.
