 4 Chicory
 1 Water
 ½ Honey
 Salt
 Pepper

Wash and cut the endives in half. Sauté them in a bit of butter and brown them on both sides.

Season with salt and pepper and coat with honey. Add 1 tablespoon of water and cover. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove the lid during the last 2 minutes to evaporate the water.
