The perfect burger bun recipe!
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and let it activate for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Then add the milk, water, soft butter, and half a beaten egg. Knead for about ten minutes. Let it rise in the bowl covered with a damp cloth for 1 hour. Form 4 dough balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them rise for another hour.
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Brush the rolls with beaten egg and a small spoonful of milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
