A recipe for pancakes.
Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. Peel the garlic and onion and chop them finely.
Cook the broccoli in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes. The florets should be tender.
In a mixing bowl, use a fork to combine, mashing well, the broccoli, garlic, and onion. Add the eggs, flour, ricotta, and turmeric, then salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour in 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Flip after 2 minutes and cook for another 2 minutes. Continue until the batter is used up.
Enjoy the hot pancakes with a green salad.
