 800 Round slice of beef IGP Label Rouge
 Sesame oil
 2 Ketchup
 3 Salted soy sauce
 1 Green onion
 1 Green or red bell pepper
 1 Mint leaf

Start by cooking the beef by searing it on each side, seasoning it, and then letting it rest.

Finely chop a young onion and the mint, then dice the bell peppers into small cubes.
