 1 Beef liver
 1 Button mushroom
 1 Onion
 2 cloves Garlic
 2 Curry
 1 Paprika
 1 dash Soy sauce
 1 Strong mustard
 1 pinch Salt
 10 Soy oil

Preparation of the liver Wash the liver well and cut it into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the liver, curry, minced garlic, mushrooms, mustard, paprika, and soy sauce.

Let it rest and marinate for 15 minutes.

Cooking Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring. Add 3 cups of water, season with salt to taste, and let cook for 20 minutes.

Cooking the noodles Boil water, add the rice noodles, let cook for 5 minutes, and drain.
