I offer you a recipe for homemade beef carpaccio, very easy to make and much cheaper than in supermarkets.
Using a knife, thinly slice the beef into 0.5 cm strips. Once the beef is sliced, place it in a bowl and set aside.
Peel the garlic and shallot, and chop finely. I use a food processor to make it as finely as possible.
Add to the beef the garlic, shallot, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the marinade to set well and the beef to become very tender.
To finish, serve on a plate with the parmesan and basil.
