Slice the onion and cut the peppers and mushrooms into slices.
Heat some olive oil in a skillet and sauté everything over high heat for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the beef.
In a hot skillet over low heat, add ½ tablespoon of oil and 50 ml of water, then place the ramen in.
Cover for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the packet of dehydrated vegetables. Gently mix to loosen the noodles and to allow the vegetables to rehydrate in the remaining water.
To finish, place the ramen and vegetables in a bowl, add the pieces of beef, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
