A delicious recipe for oven-roasted feta, cherry tomatoes, and mini bell peppers with balsamic vinegar. Enjoy with bread as an appetizer or as a side dish for pasta, for example.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and mini bell peppers.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Place the feta in a baking dish, add the tomatoes and peppers around it, then drizzle with a little olive oil. Season with pepper and sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 40 minutes.
Then drizzle with a bit of honey, increase the oven to 200°C in grill mode and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
To finish, before serving, drizzle with a bit of balsamic vinegar and then add a few fresh basil leaves.
