Ingredients
 200 flour
 3 large organic eggs
 1 baking powder
 1 Greek yogurt
 8 oil
 10 white wine
 6 ripe and juicy figs
 2 walnut halves
 120 dry ham
 100 goat cheese log
 3 tarragon leaves
 1 pinch of nutmeg
 1 acacia honey
 salt and freshly ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center. Add the eggs and mix. Add the yogurt and oil. Season with salt and pepper, add nutmeg and white wine. Mix well.

Cut the slices of dry ham into strips. Cut the log of goat cheese into pieces. Wash the tarragon, remove the leaves, and chop them.

Add the cured ham, goat cheese, and tarragon to the mixture. Combine everything well. Clean the figs and cut each into 8 pieces. Reserve one whole for decoration. Chop the nuts. Add the figs and nuts to the mixture. Mix well.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and then bake for 40 to 45 minutes. The cake should be nicely browned. Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes before unmolding. (The cake is done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean). Unmold and then let cool on a wire rack.

To finish, serve the cake warm or cold, sliced, with a green salad. ENJOY!
