To change from vinaigrette asparagus, one can try a delicious and delicate flan. With a bit of feta, this flan is simply a delight.

 500 White asparagus
 3 Egg
 550 Sour cream
 150 Feta
 Salt
 Pepper

Peel the asparagus, cut off the often slightly dry end, and cut into small pieces. Cut the cheese into large pieces. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cook the asparagus in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.

In a bowl, beat the eggs until combined. Add the cream, feta, salt, pepper, and spices. Mix everything together.

In a baking dish, place the asparagus and pour the clafoutis mixture over it. Finish with a twist of pepper, and bake for about 25/30 minutes.
