A quick and easy dessert.

Ingredients
 3 Apple
 2 Vanilla sugar
 1 Egg yolk

Place one pastry in a tart pan. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.

Spread the slices over the dough. Sprinkle with 1 packet of vanilla sugar.

Place the second dough over the apples, making a hole in the center for the steam. Seal the two doughs together with a little water.

Brush the egg yolk over the dough. Sprinkle the top with the second packet of vanilla sugar.

To finish, place in the oven for about 30 minutes.
