When autumn is in full swing, what better way to enjoy the seasonal fruits, especially this wonderful fruit: the apple.
In the bowl of the food processor, place 850 g of peeled and chopped apples, set to 7 seconds on speed 5, and scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 pinches of ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of ground vanilla, 90 g of fresh orange juice, 2 tablespoons of organic orange zest, and 400 g of brown sugar. Set for 30 minutes at 120°C, reverse mode, speed 3, using the cooking basket instead of the measuring cup to avoid splatters.
Finally, transfer to sterilized, dried jars, turn them upside down immediately, and let them cool.
