 12 Peeled shrimp
 12 Spicy chorizo
 12 Fresh mango
 1 Olive oil
 1 Pepper vinegar
 Timut pepper
 Flower of salt
 Pink Berries
 Chopped dill

Mix all the marinade ingredients together. Add the shrimp and let marinate for at least 1 hour. Grill the slices of sausage in a dry pan. Once grilled, place them on a paper towel.

Prepare the skewers: Thread the cube of mango, the slice of grilled sausage, finishing with the marinated shrimp.

To finish, arrange your skewers on a nice serving plate and drizzle with the remaining marinade. Serve as an appetizer with a glass of well-chilled champagne.
