Enjoy this pear jam. A deliciously smooth and highly fragrant jam to spread all year round.
Wash, peel the pears, and cut them into pieces. Weigh the pears and add an equal amount of sugar, then incorporate the lemon juice and vanilla.
Place the mixture in a large pot and bring to a boil. Then let it cook for 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
During cooking, blanch the jars and lids and let them dry.
Finally, blend the mixture and pour it into jars immediately. Turn them upside down and wait for them to cool completely.
