To prepare the pancakes, you need two bowls: mix the milk and flour in one, the eggs and butter in the other. Then combine the two mixtures. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Oil a frying pan, heat it, and pour a ladle of batter to form pancakes about 26 cm in diameter. Cook on both sides until they are firm.

To finish, spread all the crepes with chocolate hazelnut spread and fold them like a fan. Roughly chop the hazelnuts, place the crepes on individual plates, and decorate them with the chopped hazelnuts. Serve immediately.
