Ingredients
 1 Potato
 300 Bacon bit
 1 Reblochon cheese
 1 Onion
 2 cloves Garlic
 30 Light cream
 80 White wine
 800 Water

Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds and cut the onions and garlic cloves in half.

Place the onions and garlic cloves in the bowl and program for 6 seconds at speed 5, then scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Mix the potatoes in the steaming tray with the onions and garlic cloves, and season. In the mixing bowl, add water and then place the steaming tray on top. Set for 35 minutes on steaming mode at speed 1.

Once cooking is finished, remove the water from the bowl and replace it with white wine and bacon. Set for 4 minutes at 80°C on speed 1. Add the cream and set for 5 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.

To finish, in the baking dish, spread a layer of potatoes with bacon, place half of the cheese on top, then add more potatoes. Finish with the remaining cheese (rind facing the potatoes).
