Preheat the oven to 190°C. In the mixing bowl, combine the milk, eggs, flour, butter, season, and set to 3 minutes at 90°C on speed 3.
Then add the cheese and cream and blend for 10 seconds at speed 6.
Finally, transfer the mixture into a buttered soufflé dish and add grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
