A delicious onion and bacon quiche. I recommend this very easy and quick recipe, perfect to take on a picnic or to a friend's house.
Peel the onions and cut them into small pieces.
In a skillet, melt the margarine.
Add the onions to the margarine, stir well, let cook covered while stirring over low heat, checking from time to time that it doesn't stick.
Place the pie crust in the pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, add the 2 eggs, beat them a little, then add the bacon. Add the cream, milk, salt, pepper, and then half of the cheese. Mix the preparation.
Place the onions on the dough, pour the mixture on top, and add the remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 °C while monitoring the cooking. Once it is golden, the quiche is done.
To finish, the quiche is ready; it can be eaten warm or hot.
