In a mixing bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in pieces in the microwave on low power. Mix well and let cool slightly.
Add the sugar, then the eggs one by one, while stirring with a whisk. Gradually incorporate the rice flour while whisking. Pour the batter into a non-stick mold.
To finish, bake for 25 minutes.
