Preparation of the ingredients. Wash the bell pepper and green onion and finely slice them. Sauté for 5 minutes in a pan with a little oil. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the topping Roll out the dough on a floured surface, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the tomato sauce on top, then place the bell pepper, green onions, slices of chorizo, and olives, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cooking Cook for 20 minutes.
