Ingredients
 500 Button mushroom
 300 Spinach
 3 Malted yeast
 2 Onion
 Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper
 2 cloves Garlic
 Butter
Directions
1

In a row - Peel the garlic and onion and chop them finely (remove the germ from the center of the garlic). Heat a large skillet over low heat with a knob of butter and olive oil (1 tablespoon for 2 people). Once hot, sauté the garlic and onion while preparing the next steps.

2

First, prepare the mushrooms - Cut off and discard the base of the mushroom stems. Wipe them clean with a damp paper towel (no need to peel them!) and then slice them thinly. Add them to the pan gradually and sauté for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3

Like Popeye - In the meantime, wash and dry the spinach (remove the toughest stems) and then add them to the pan. Stir and sauté for a few minutes just until they wilt. Once everything is cooked, set aside in a small bowl. Keep the pan on the heat.

4

Golden gnocchi - In the same pan, melt a knob of butter over medium-high heat. Once melted, add the gnocchi and stir often until they are golden (about 2-3 minutes), then reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Let the gnocchi cook for another 3 minutes.

5

To finish Veggie gnocchi - Once the gnocchi are cooked, return the mushroom/spinach mixture to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste and heat everything for a few minutes. And there you go! All that's left is to enjoy these delicious gnocchi sprinkled with nutritional yeast for an amazing cheesy flavor... Enjoy your meal!
