We love this recipe for two-tone chocolate ice cream.
Divide the cream into two bowls.
In one of the bowls, whip the cream with the vanilla extract. Add a tablespoon of agave syrup and mix.
In another bowl, whisk the cream with the cocoa. Add a tablespoon of agave syrup and mix.
Insert the popsicle stick into the mold.
Fill half of the mold with the vanilla mixture.
To finish, fill the other half of the mold with the cocoa mixture. Close it and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Unmold it and you're done!
