A molten heart recipe with açaí. This is the dessert you'll want to make in large quantities to have leftovers. Easy to prepare, this flowing dark chocolate and raspberry heart will delight you with pleasure.
Preheat the oven to 180°C;
Melt the dark chocolate squares with the coconut oil in the microwave.
In a bowl, mix the egg well with the maple syrup and the flour.
Add the melted chocolate and mix until a smooth dough is obtained.
In an individual muffin mold, pour half of the batter.
Add a tablespoon of fruit mix to the raspberry acai in the center.
Finally, pour the remaining batter and bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
