A brownie recipe suggested and photographed by a brand.
For the mini-brownies, preheat the oven to 210 °C. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you obtain a frothy mixture. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture, as well as the cream. Mix well. Gradually incorporate the flour, the chopped pecans, and the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the mini brownie molds and bake for 8 to 10 minutes depending on the strength of the oven. Let cool for a few minutes, then unmold onto a rack.
For decorating the mini foxes While the brownies cool, prepare the decorations with fondant. Roll out the orange fondant to a thickness of 2 to 3 mm, then cut out 12 fox heads (see photo) the size of the brownies. Slightly round the bottom corners of the head with a knife.
Then roll out the white fondant and cut out shapes for the cheeks (x 24) and small triangles for the ears (x 24).
Finally, form small balls with the black fondant (x24) for the eyes, and 12 slightly larger ones for the snouts.
Assemble the different elements by sticking them together with a little water.
To finish For assembly Spread a bit of spread on the brownies (a thin layer is enough, it allows the fondant to hold). Place a fondant fox head on each brownie.
