Simple and easy to make, this little puff pastry filled with cheese is a real treat when paired with a salad, a drizzle of walnut oil, and a few walnuts.
Cut the cheese in half horizontally. Wrap it in the slices of bacon, crossing them over each other.
Cut 4 squares from the puff pastry. Place everything in the center of the puff pastry square.
Seal everything by folding the corners over each other, pinch the edges.
Flip the square and brush it with egg yolk.
Bake for 20 minutes in an oven at 200°C.
To finish, serve hot with a salad and some walnuts.
