For hot days, this appetizing, fresh, delicious salad that can be eaten without feeling full...
Prepare the sauce. Mash the strawberries and pour them into a strainer placed over a saucepan. Add the sugar, soy sauce, and the juice of a lime. Let simmer for 3 minutes until a syrupy sauce is obtained. Spice to taste and let cool.
Thoroughly drain the crab if using canned crab (do not leave any liquid). Otherwise, shell the cooked claws to retrieve the meat. Peel and slice the avocado. Lightly drizzle with lemon juice. Wash and dry the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in half or slice them for larger ones.
Distribute the slices of avocado and strawberries onto plates. Sprinkle with crab meat. Garnish with washed and dried coriander leaves and slices of the second lime. Generously pepper and drizzle with sauce.
