Foie gras is the ultimate festive food. Take the opportunity to make foie gras yourself with the flavors you like; it's uncooked and very easy to make.

 1 Raw liver
 1 Coarse salt
 2 Armagnac
 2 pinches Four spices

Devein the foie gras and season with four spices and the brandy, then season again.

In a bowl, place a clean cloth and put the foie gras inside to form a large piece. Wrap it tightly in the cloth.

Take it out and place coarse salt at the bottom of the dish. Put the liver back on top and fill with salt.

Refrigerate for 8 hours.

To finish, unwrap and slice the foie gras and enjoy it with brioche bread, for example.
