Indulge in my delicious recipe for light and easy lasagna. Easy and indulgent, this lasagna will delight your taste buds and those of your guests!
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Place the roughly chopped onion and garlic in the bowl and blend for 10 seconds on speed 1, then pour in the olive oil and set for 3 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.
Add the ground meat, salt, pepper and program for 5 minutes at 100° in reverse rotation at simmering speed. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and sugar, and set for 10 minutes / 100°C / reverse rotation at simmering speed.
In the meantime, slice the mushrooms thinly.
To finish, in a large buttered rectangular baking dish, pour a small amount of lasagna sauce, then lay the lasagna sheets side by side. Cover with meat tomato sauce, then add slices of mushrooms, and continue layering like this. Finish with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 170°C, then broil for 3 minutes.
