A delicious and flavorful autumn jam that will be greatly appreciated at the Christmas breakfast table.
The day before, chop the dried figs into pieces and cover them with the wine. Cut the pears into small pieces, cover them with sugar, and drizzle with lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate.
The next day, combine the two preparations, bring to a boil and cook for a good 15 minutes. Stir in the pine nuts, bring to a boil again. Pour into jars.
